埃马克集团将在现有的管理团队下继续为客户服务

2025年1月16日，EMAG GmbH & Co. KG股东变更登记正式完成。原Jinsheng GmbH & Co. KG持有的50%股份以及 Heßbrüggen家族持有的50%股份已正式转入新股东Atlantik E Beteiligungs GmbH和Atlantik F Beteiligungs GmbH名下。

 本次变更仅为股东结构调整，公司核心管理团队、生产体系及服务体系均不受影响。

On January 16th, 2025, the change registration of shareholders of EMAG GmbH & Co. KG was officially completed. 50% of the shares held by Jinsheng GmbH & Co. KG and 50% of the shares held by Heßbrüggen family have been officially transferred to the names of new shareholders Atlantik E Beteiligungs GmbH and Atlantik F Beteiligungs GmbH.

This change is only a shareholder structure adjustment, and the company's core management team, production system and service system are not affected.
